Simon Fraser University (SFU), established in 1965, is a public research university in British Columbia. It has three campuses in; Burnaby, Vancouver and Surrey. Simon Fraser University's original Arthur Erickson-designed campus is located in Burnaby. SFU is consistently ranked as one of the top comprehensive universities in Canada. Academically, it offers a wide range of graduate and undergraduate degree programs across eight academic faculties and schools. In addition, research plays an important role in the university’s structure among its centers and institutes. Furthermore, many services and facilities are provided on campus including; a library, food services, housing services, campus

security, health services, counseling services, a bookstore and summer campus, art galleries and museums. Beyond educational matters, being a student at SFU means you will never get bored; as you will always find something to do by getting engaged in one/more of the varied student clubs and organizations regarding sports, politics, culture, art… etc.
