About the university

In the seventies, Western Oregon University expanded its offerings with broad-based liberal education programs. Since then, the university has continued to be a leading comprehensive public liberal arts institution, with approximately 2/3 of its students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the rest in the College of Education. Today, WOU Located in the Monmouth-Independence area, the heart of Oregon’s lush Willamette Valley, USA. Western Oregon University embraces a feminist model that empowers all people to actively stand against

On the other hand, the Campus Recreation Department positions are also designed to give students tools and training for a lifetime of success, both personally and professionally. So, Duties of Campus Recreation staff may include, but are not limited to, providing information about the facility, selling memberships, activity classes, resolving member conflicts, and performing specific cleaning duties. “We seek to provide a positive environment and have friendly interactions with our students.”
