University Location

Beautiful, picturesque village and campus with acres of woodland to explore. The local town with nightlife and shops is only a 10-15 minute bus ride or a 30 minute walk and there are plenty of amenities on campus which mean you don't need to visit town too often. The village is recognised for its association with the University and its position astride the M6. But during the middle ages, Keele was a major route from the North-West to London for laden packhorses and caravans alike. Keele Precepto

ry was granted to the Knights Templar sometime between 1168-69 by King Henry II
