Its weather is quite different from the rest of the country, due to its geographical location. It dates back more than 2,000 years, and came to be known as the city of York about 1000 years ago. York is bustling with attractions such as the Clifford Tower, the York Münster Cathedral, the National Railway Museum, the Castle Museum, and Champs Street, a narrow street with shops and cafés on either side.
