The school is accredited by the Cervantes Institute and the IALC. Adult students can choose traditional Spanish classes such as intensive or one-on-one courses, exam preparation for DELE and SIELE, travel courses, or an internship with a Spanish company. Teenagers thirteen and older can enroll in a specialized, entertaining teen program or junior course. Each location offers unique experiences, training, and excursions, providing the perfect Spanish language instruction for students of all ages, levels, and backgrounds.
Estudio Sampere in Salamanca is the perfect choice for students who wish to study in a smaller, intellectually-stimulating town. Home to the oldest university in Spain, Salamanca has continued its tradition of academic excellence to this day. Students can walk five minutes from the school to the main town square, or Plaza Mayor, to relax with friends at one of the many cafes or restaurants. Since Salamanca is small enough to be walkable, students can also explore the town's castles, cathedrals, bridges, and other architectural beauties. Students may stay with a host family or in an apartment or shared room, and the school offers a library for study hours.
City Name | Salamanca
Population: 192,000
Salamanca is a city in northwestern Spain that is the capital of the Province of Salamanca in the community of Castile and León. With a history dating back to the Celtic era, it’s known for its ornate sandstone architecture and for the Universidad de Salamanca. Founded in the 1100s and a key intellectual center in the 15th-16th centuries, the university continues to add to the city’s vibrancy with its international student population. The city itself lies on several hills along the Tormes River. Marvel at the La Casa de las Conchas (house of shells) and the 18th century Plaza Mayor, then pore over the fresh produce of the Central Market. Known as Spain’s "golden city," Salamanca is rich in architectural, religious, and gastronomic culture.
