Sprachcaffe Languages Plus
Over 50,000 people each year choose to study languages at a Sprachcaffe campus, and many of those are returning students who extend their studies because they know they can trust the Sprachcaffe name. With an emphasis on creating a relaxed environment for students to absorb their language of choice, just as they learned their native language as a child, Sprachcaffe offers students interactive classes, cultural excursions, and lighthearted social activities. All teachers are carefully chosen for their enthusiasm and ability to build students' confidence in the language. Sprachcaffe offers classes for adults as well as language abroad programs for teenagers 14 and up, and while all courses include chances for students to practice their growing vocabulary outside the classroom, some also include special cultural classes such as cooking and music. Students can enjoy getting to know other students in a shared apartment, on or off campus, or they can further immerse themselves in their chosen language by staying with a host family.
At the Sprachcaffe campus in Florence, students will find all the modern equipment needed for their classes along with a cafe, multimedia room, and terrace. Directly outside the school is the historic Piazza della Repubblica, and just around the corner is the majestic Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Art connoisseurs will appreciate studying only five minute from the Uffizi Gallery and ten minutes from Michelangelo's David, and history buffs will relish walking across the medieval Ponte Vecchio and soaking in all the history Florence has to offer. After working on their Italian in class with experienced teachers, students can study in one of the many gardens or parks around the city and practice their language with locals.

One of its most iconic sights is the Duomo, a cathedral with a terracotta-tiled dome engineered by Brunelleschi and a bell tower by Giotto. Cradle of the Renaissance, romantic, enchanting and utterly irresistible, Florence is a place to feast on world-class art and gourmet Tuscan cuisine. The city is the birthplace of opera and Italy’s fashion industry. Rich in culture and history, it is one of the most beautiful cities in the country.
